By engaging with FLEURONTOXICA, the artist and or their work, you agree and must comply to the terms and conditions stated within the page.The artist has every right to refuse service to clients who've breached the T&C.General T&C applies to all the artist's works including commission work. But most especially publicly posted works.
GENERAL T&C
On CLAIMING, REPOSTING, ALTERATION IN ALL FORMS.•Artist will ALWAYS post commission works. Fully watermarked with limited resolution. Should there be an NDA please discuss with the artist.• The artist prohibits the reposting of their works all across social media. Only the artist's very own accounts on varying social media platforms are allowed to reupload said works.• ARTIST PROHIBITS THE REMOVAL OF WATERMARKS AND CLAIMING OF THEIR WORKS AS YOUR OWN.• Commissioned works or Fanworks may be reuploaded by the client or IP holder but are still required to attach a link to the artist's original post or account.("Commercial Use" and "Crediting and Usage" clauses apply.)• For clients: ANY FORM OF ALTERATION PERFORMED ON IN-PRODUCTION MATERIAL WITHOUT THE ARTIST'S PERMISSION IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

ㅤOn CREDITING and USAGEPLEASE OBSERVE PROPER CREDITING.
All posts containing FLEURONTOXICA's work requires plugging their socials:• Post/s must contain either the artist's CARRD or TWITTER ACCOUNT.• Crediting is required when works of the artist are used.
("No Reposting" clause applies.)• With permission, Artworks may only be used as:
- Socmed Header or PFPs
On NFT, CRYPTO, BLOCKCHAIN, OR AI TECHNOLOGY IN ANY AND ALL FORMSThe artist does not allow ANY AND ALL OF THEIR WORKS to be used for any of the above stated, in all its entirety.

On COMMERCIAL USEThe artist DOES NOT ALLOW reproduction and redistribution of their works, merch, and commissions.Availing commissions does not equate to availing commercial license.All commissioned works are for personal use only.For commercial contracts and business inquiries, email [email protected]

TRANSACTION
PAYMENTHALF PAYMENT through PAYPAL OR GCASH- Transaction window will only open after order is placed. (For PayPal, send your email to the artist to receive your invoice.)- Production will only begin upon receiving initial 50% payment.- Final work will not be given until latter 50% of payment is received.- Extra characters in one canvas will cost 50% of base commission price issued.
REVISIONSPlease be aware that revisions may prolong the artwork production.Clients may only get 1 free revision for every phase EXCEPT RENDER. Render phase revisions are immediately charged (refer to table).Additional revisions beyond first free revision (per phase) will be charged.After having paid, the artist will have alotted a Trello card for you to check their progress on the commission. Through Trello, you woll be able to check which phase your commission is in.)

CANCELLATION & REFUNDSThe artist issues NO REFUNDS for cancellations after production has started. Please ensure that your decision is final for any commission.

CHARACTER DESIGNArtist is HIGHLY SELECTIVE of clients interested in character design services. (Price floor: 300 USD)Artist accepts commissions to translate final designs into polished character sheets. (Please take note of 'Revisions' clause.) (Price floor: 150 USD)For business inquiries, contact the artist on Twitter or [email protected] if interested.
WORK HOURSContact hours are from 12-6 PM PhST ONLY.Artist will not entertain business/commission related concerns beyond their allotted time slots.Any business related messages will be responded to on specific days. Please refer to the table.

DEADLINESArtworks may take 3-6 business days. MIND THE WAITLIST in TRELLO.If there are deadlines, the commission should be made 2-3 weeks before.Full rendered pieces should be commissioned a month before deadline.Rush works will be charged extra depending on type and complexity.As much as possible, full rendered illustrations should not be rush commissions. The artist has every right to reject rush for full render commissions.PROGRESS TRACKINGA wait list is set up in the artist's Trello page. Clients WILL be sent progress shots (Discord / Twitter) or may ask for them, however, please be mindful of the queue.
